Goal Post
Pads |
| The problem with most goal
post pads today is that they're made to keep costs low.
This often leads to two main concerns: |
| |
| 1.
Pads that wear out too quickly in the sun and elements. |
| |
|
2. Pads that are too soft to be effective. |
| |
| We use the same material on
our goal post pads that we make all of our landing pits
out of. That means we're confident enough in them
to offer the same
guarantee on them that we do the pole
vault and high jump pits we manufacture.

| What makes our pads different
is that we use high compression foam instead of
the cheaper, lighter material prevalent in the industry.
When an athlete comes in contact with a goal post pad at
full speed, the lower density foam compacts so fast that
they go through the pad and effectively still contact
the bar. With a Richey Goal Post Pad, this is less
likely. |

With our pads, we cover the
interior shaft as well as the exterior and use a zipper
to close the entire encasement instead of just relying on
the Velcro flap on the back to keep the foam in place.
This leads to a cleaner, sharper looking pad that will
keep you proud of the way your facilities look.
This also makes the covers field replaceable in case of
vandalism.
All guards come with Velcro
fasteners for quick on and off use and have carrying
handles. One person can carry up to four guards at
a time. |
